The Museum for African Art (MFAA) based in New York City, is organizing a blockbuster exhibition of African hip hop videos!  MFAA curator of contemporary art, Lisa Binder, and artist/curator Jesse Shipley, are on the first leg of their summer research tour.  Follow their journey on Twitter, Facebook, and the Mixerpot.com blog throughout the summer and fall as they meet with MCs, beat makers, artists, designers, filmmakers and photographers in cities throughout Africa and around the world.
